Stop guessing. Start measuring.

No waiting room. No driving across town. A licensed phlebotomist comes to you for the comprehensive 251-biomarker draw — and we collect every major sample type, from blood to urine to gut. Every result runs through a 9-layer AI engine and is reviewed by a licensed provider. Available in all 50 states. Results are not a diagnosis, and treatment is not guaranteed.

Every major sample type, wherever you are

One platform, many collection methods. We match the method to the test and bring it to your home or office. Every sample, regardless of how it is collected, is read by the same 9-layer AI engine and reviewed by a licensed provider.

251 biomarkers, drawn at your door

Our flagship panel is a full venous draw performed by a licensed mobile phlebotomist at your home or office — no clinic, no waiting room. It is a full-body picture across every major system, organized so your provider can read it at a glance, and processed at a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory.

The 9-layer AI engine

However your sample is collected, it runs through the same nine analytical layers — then a licensed provider reviews and signs the protocol, never an algorithm alone.

Why we come to you

Most lab testing means an appointment, a drive, a waiting room, and a stranger's parking lot. We collect where you are, on your schedule, across blood, urine, stool and swab, in all 50 states — and the analysis is a 9-layer read followed by provider review rather than a handful of headline numbers. This describes the general experience of conventional lab-visit testing and is provided for information; no specific company is named or implied.

Common questions

Do I really not have to go to a lab?

Correct. We bring the lab to you. A mobile phlebotomist comes to you for the venous draw, and collection kits cover the other sample types. There is no waiting room and no drive to a draw site.

Where is my sample analyzed, and how long do results take?

Your sample is processed at a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory — the same regulatory standard used by hospital and reference labs. Results, including the full AI-decoded report, are typically ready within a few days of the lab receiving your sample.

Who reviews my results?

A licensed provider in your state reviews your results and the AI analysis, then recommends next steps when clinically appropriate. An algorithm never prescribes on its own.

Does the AI engine read sample types other than blood?

Yes. The 9-layer engine reads every sample type we collect — blood, urine, stool, and swab — and synthesizes them into one picture for your provider.

Is this available where I live, and is insurance required?

Mobile collection and collection kits are available in all 50 states, and no insurance is required. Current pricing is shown in the funnel.
