1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be issued if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled as per our rescheduling policy.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your payment if the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  •  Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be accommodated, and the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.
  • Ease of Rescheduling: We strive to make rescheduling as easy as possible. If you need to adjust your appointment time, please reach out to us at [email/phone number], and we’ll work with you to find a convenient alternative.

3. No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not canceled rescheduled according to the policies above, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Special Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have an emergency or another exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to book the appointment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to
reflect in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Services:

Some services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to processing fees, late cancellation charges, and certain promotional offers.
